AR-22 90 Degree Safety
My Colt AR-22 (semi-automatic .22 LR styled like an AR-15 but sharing no internal components) has a safety selector with 180 degrees between safe and fire. It is almost impossible to put the gun on safe without removing your hand from the grip. I didn't feel this was very safe and it just wasn't cool. A real AR-15 has only 90 degrees between safe and fire, so I wanted to modify this gun to be the same. Unfortunately, parts don't exist to do this, so I needed to make them myself. In addition to a new safety cam, I needed to make a new selector lever and right side indicator because of the strange way they were pressed into the original safety cam.
